Fluid Movements Fluid Movements (FM) is MTC’s preferred training provider. The FM training squad offers sessions for beginner, age group or elite athletes. A variety of training programs are available which include triathlon, open water swimming, road cycling or time trial and running. FM also provide bike setup assistance and transition practise. FM combine many sporting facets that provide a holistic training service for multi or single sport enthusiasts. | Luke Nichols understands the physical demands that triathlon has on the body. The focus of Luke’s care is to provide injury prevention management, rehabilitation and performance optimisation of the neuro-musculoskeletal system for athletes. This focus is achieved through a range of techniques including soft tissue therapy and massage, mobilisation, manipulation, rehabilitation and other movement or exercise therapies, nutritional advice and other related approaches.
